EvLo Lash Co. – Warranty Policy

At EvLo Lash Co., we take pride in the quality and performance of our professional lash products. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to file a claim.

This Policy applies to all purchases made directly from EvLo Lash Co. or through authorized retailers.
By purchasing or using our products, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Overview of Warranty Coverage

EvLo Lash Co. offers:

  • A 12-Month Limited Warranty on UV Lights and professional electronic devices.

  • An optional Extended Warranty (when purchased at checkout) for extended protection.

  • Warranty evaluations for manufacturer defects on specific non-electronic products.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

2. 12-Month Limited Warranty (Standard Warranty)

All UV Lights, UV Light Kits, and qualifying electronic devices purchased from EvLo Lash Co. include a 12-month Limited Warranty against defects in:

  • Materials

  • Workmanship

  • Functional performance under normal professional use

If a defect is confirmed within 12 months, EvLo Lash Co. will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective product, or

  • Replace it with the same or comparable model, or

  • Provide store credit equal to the value of the defective product

Refunds are not offered under warranty unless required by law.

This warranty begins on the date of original purchase, not the date of first use.

3. Extended Warranty (If Purchased)

You may purchase an Extended Warranty at checkout to increase your coverage period.

Extended Warranty Terms:

  • Must be purchased at the time of the original order.

  • Cannot be added retroactively.

  • Coverage mirrors the 12-month Limited Warranty benefits but extends the duration.

If no extended warranty is purchased, the standard 12-month Limited Warranty applies.

4. What the Warranty Covers

This Warranty covers defects that arise despite normal, professional, intended use, including:

  • Electrical failure

  • Internal component malfunction

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Abnormal early failure not caused by wear or misuse

This coverage applies only when the product is used as intended and according to instructions.

5. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The following are NOT covered under any warranty:

5.1 Normal Wear & Tear

This includes gradual deterioration from professional use over time.

5.2 Non-Serviceable Internal Components & Normal Wear Parts

The UV light source in EvLo Lash Co. curing devices is a sealed, hardwired internal light module. It is not a user-replaceable bulb and is not serviceable or repairable. Because this component is part of a closed, non-replaceable assembly, the following are not covered under the Limited Warranty after the applicable warranty period ends:

  • Internal light modules, integrated LED panels, and hardwired light elements
    (These components cannot be replaced or repaired individually.)

  • Consumable or normal-wear parts, including but not limited to:
    power cords, switches, internal wiring, adhesives, tapes, pads, accessories, and other wear-based items.

If the internal light module fails during the warranty period, the unit may be eligible for replacement of the full device only, at EvLo Lash Co.’s sole discretion.
If the module fails outside the warranty period, repair or replacement is not available due to the non-serviceable design of the internal assembly.

5.3 Damage Caused By Misuse or Improper Handling

Including:

  • Dropping or impact damage

  • Liquid or adhesive exposure

  • Using incompatible power sources

  • Improper voltage or power surges

  • Incorrect storage

  • Unauthorized opening, repair, or modification

5.4 Cosmetic Damage

Scratches, dents, scuffs, discoloration, or aesthetic imperfections that do not affect function.

5.5 Damage Caused by Use with Non-EvLo Lash Co. Accessories

Power sources, plugs, adapters, or accessories not provided or approved by EvLo Lash Co.

5.6 Products Purchased from Unauthorized Sellers

Products purchased through:

  • Unverified resellers

  • Unauthorized marketplaces

  • Peer-to-peer sales

  • Secondhand sales

These items are not covered by warranty.

6. UV Adhesives, Lash Trays & Consumables

Due to the nature of professional lash products, consumables are not covered under the 12-month warranty unless a manufacturer defect is confirmed before use.

Consumables include:

  • Lash adhesives

  • Lash trays

  • Tapes, pads, or disposables

  • Liquids, primers, and removers

  • Spoolies, brushes, or single-use tools

Once opened or used, these items cannot be returned or refunded unless a defect exists at the time of delivery.

7. Filing a Warranty Claim

To file a claim, you must:

Step 1 — Email Us

Send an email to info@evlolash.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos and/or video showing the problem

Step 2 — Evaluation

Our team will review your documentation and determine eligibility.

We may request:

  • Additional information

  • Proof-of-failure video

  • Return of the item for inspection

Step 3 — Return (If Required)

If we request the product to be returned:

  • You may be responsible for shipping the product to us.

  • All items must be returned in original packaging when possible.

  • Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Step 4 — Resolution

After inspection and approval, we will provide:

  • A replacement product

  • A repair

  • Store credit

The remedy offered is at our sole discretion.

8. Exclusive Remedy

Under this Warranty:

Your exclusive remedy is:

  • Repair,

  • Replacement, or

  • Store credit

Refunds are not provided under warranty, except where required by law.

EvLo Lash Co. is not responsible for:

  • Loss of income

  • Business interruption

  • Costs of alternative products

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Warranty Limitations

9.1 Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVLO LASH CO. DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

If such warranties cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, they are limited to the duration of the Limited Warranty (12 months or 18 months with the Extended Warranty).

9.2 Limitation of Liability

EvLo Lash Co. will not be liable for any:

  • Incidental damages

  • Special damages

  • Indirect damages

  • Lost profits

  • Lost revenue

  • Replacement costs

  • Personal injury from misuse

Total liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product.

10. Warranty Void Conditions

This Warranty becomes void if:

  • The product has been opened or tampered with

  • Unauthorized repairs are attempted

  • The serial number (if applicable) has been removed

  • The product is damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper care

  • The product is used outside intended professional lash application purposes

11. Unauthorized Sellers

Purchases made outside of EvLo Lash Co. or approved partners are not covered.

We strongly recommend purchasing only through:

We cannot validate warranties for products bought through third-party resale, auctions, or unauthorized marketplaces.
