Data Deletion Request

EvLo Lash Co. keeps the messages you send us through Instagram, Facebook, email and text so our team can answer you. You can ask us to delete that information at any time.

How to request deletion

• Email support@evlolash.com with the subject line “Delete my data”, or
• Send a direct message to @evlolashco on Instagram asking us to delete your messages.

Please tell us the account name or email address you contacted us from so we can find your records.

What happens next

We will confirm your request and delete your message history and contact details from our customer support system within 30 days. Order and payment records that we must keep for accounting, tax or fraud-prevention purposes are retained as required by law.
