What They Are

Our Light Blocking Upper Lash Pads are soft silicone biogel pads (formulated with Dimethicone and Organopolysiloxane) designed to protect the delicate eyelid area during advanced lash services. Each pad is individually packaged for sanitary, single-use application. 20 pairs per pack. Also ideal for clients with light sensitivity!

How Light Blocking Works

The silicone biogel formulation creates a physical barrier against UV and LED light exposure, as well as the bright overhead working light like your ring lights etc. Using a light blocking pad doesn't have to be just for UV LED treatments, but can also be used for clients that are photosensitive with the bright overhead lights.

Three Primary Applications

1. UV & LED Lash Extension Protection

Use these upper pads during UV/LED light cured application. Pair with lower pads of your choice (or your existing inventory) to create full eye protection without compromising your visibility during application.

2. Lash Lifting Eyelid Cover

During lash lift treatments, the upper eyelid is where the most delicate skin lives. These pads protect the lid during perming solution application and heat exposure. Upper-pad-only design means you can monitor lid reaction and client comfort throughout the service. Pair with lower pads if you want full coverage during setting.

3. Lash Remover Protection

Adhesive remover (whether enzymatic or solvent-based) can irritate the eyelid. Upper pads create a barrier during removal work while keeping your view clear for precision placement. The individually packaged format means one pair per service, every time, reducing cross contamination risk.

Material & Safety

Silicone biogel (Dimethicone + Organopolysiloxane) is soft, flexible, skin-friendly material. It adheres comfortably without slipping during application or removal. These stay stuck through the entire procedure including adjusting, using to expose inner corners, or using it as a lashing in layers tape up method.
