Our Experience at Lash Boss Conference 2026

We just got back from Lash Boss Conference 2026 in Austin, Texas, and honestly, we are still processing everything.
This was our first time attending as vendors — which felt very different from being a regular attendee, in the best way. When you're behind a booth instead of walking the floor, you get a completely different perspective on the community. People come to you. You get to hear what they're working on, what they're struggling with, and what they're excited about. We loved every minute of it.
Here's what we took away.
The UV Lashing Community Is Growing — Fast
Seeing the LED and UV lashing community in person was something else. We got to meet a number of our existing customers face to face for the first time, which was genuinely one of the highlights of the whole trip. We also met artists who use other UV systems and adhesives — people who are just as passionate about where this technology is going as we are.
It's one thing to watch follower counts climb or see engagement in comments. It's another to be in a room full of people who are all lit up about the same thing you are. The momentum is real, and being there made that very clear.
Our Booth
Since this was our first vendor show, we had to build everything from scratch — and we had so much fun doing it. We set up a large LED screen with our logo, and put out tables so artists could come try our UV adhesives and lights for themselves.
There is something about getting a product in someone's hands that no amount of content can replace. Watching artists actually use the Halo system, feel the instant cure, and light up when they realized how simple it was — that's what this is all about.
Free Shirts
We handed out hundreds of free t-shirts, and the response was amazing. People loved the design (created by yours truly) and were genuinely appreciative — we kept seeing them out in the wild throughout the weekend, and artists tagging me in their stories wearing them, which never gets old.
Chris, my husband, even claimed one for himself. He wears it around the house constantly now. I think that counts as a win.
Meeting Competitors
We had the chance to meet some of the other UV lashing brands at the conference, and honestly? It was great. Everyone was friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about the same mission.
We have never looked at other UV lashing companies as enemies. The way we see it, every brand pushing UV lashing forward is helping grow the whole category — for artists, for clients, and for the industry. A rising tide lifts all boats. We're not here to put anyone down. We're here to build something worth standing behind, and to support a community that's doing the same.
What We're Bringing Back to EvLo
The biggest thing we're taking home is a reminder of why in-person connection matters so much.
Online, everything is filtered — through algorithms, through screens, through the version of yourself you choose to share. In person, none of that applies. You hear people's real stories, their real concerns, their real wins. And that changes how you think about what you're building.
We came back from Lash Boss more committed than ever to listening — to what artists actually need, what's working, and what isn't. That feedback shapes everything we do at EvLo, from the products we develop to the content we create. This community is the reason we do this work, and being in the room with them reminded us of that in the best way.
If You're Thinking About Going Next Year
Go. Seriously.
You cannot put a price on meeting the people you follow online, learning from artists at every level, and feeling what it's like to be part of this industry in person. Whether you go as an attendee, a vendor, or something in between — you will not regret it.
The lash industry is better when we're in the same room together. Events like Lash Boss are a big part of why this community keeps moving forward.
We'll see you there next year. 💜
