EvLo Lash Co. – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with EvLo Lash Co. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we stand behind the quality of our products. Because many of our items are professional-use products and designed for direct contact with clients, special precautions and restrictions apply to returns for safety and hygiene reasons.
By placing an order, you agree to all terms contained in this Return & Refund Policy.
1. UV Lights & UV Light Kits – 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your UV curing system. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return option.
Eligibility Requirements

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your UV Light or UV Light Kit.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
-
A refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If You Purchased a Kit
You may also return any unopened items in your kit (such as adhesives, tape, or accessories) for a refund.
Refunds for unopened items will be issued once they are received and verified as unused and sealed.
2. All Other Products – Non-Returnable Once Opened
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, as well as the nature of lash products:
All other products are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened,
unless the item has a manufacturer defect.
Examples include (but are not limited to):

Lash adhesives
-
Lash trays
-
Tweezers
-
Tools
-
Consumables and disposables
Before using any product, please inspect it carefully upon arrival.
3. Defective Product Return Process
If you believe an item is defective, you must submit your claim within 15 days of your purchase.
To submit a defect claim, please:

Provide clear video and photos showing the issue, along with a detailed written description of the defect.

Email everything to info@evlolash.com.

We will review your claim and notify you of eligibility for return.

If authorized, include a signed letter stating the reason for return and the original receipt inside the package.

All returned items must be sent back in original packaging.
We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements.
4. Restocking Fee
All approved returns of eligible items are subject to:

A 10% restocking fee, and
-
A return shipping fee (paid by the customer)
These will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
5. Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund, returned products must:

Be in original condition,
-
Include all components, accessories, and packaging, and
-
Pass our inspection to confirm they have not been used, damaged, altered, or tampered with.
Refunds may be denied if items arrive in unacceptable condition.
6. Unauthorized Returns
Do not return any item without contacting us first.
Unauthorized returns may be refused, returned to sender, or may not qualify for a refund.
7. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
If that method is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead.
Please allow processing time for your financial institution to post the refund.
8. Final Sale Items
Products marked Final Sale or non-returnable cannot be returned under any circumstances unless required by law.
These items include, but are not limited to:

Digital training courses

Consumables explicitly marked “Final Sale”

Clearance or discounted items marked Final Sale
9. Damaged Items in Transit
If your product arrives damaged in transit:

Photograph and/or video the damage clearly.

Contact us at info@evlolash.com promptly.

We may ask you to assist with or file a carrier insurance claim (e.g., USPS).

After claim approval, we will process a replacement in accordance with our policies.
Damaged returns may be subject to up to a 30% restocking fee depending on condition and handling requirements.
10. Wrong Address / Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

You will be required to pay a new shipping fee to resend the order.

An invoice will be sent to you for reshipment cost.

If the invoice is not paid within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled per our policy (minus shipping and applicable fees).
EvLo Lash Co. is not responsible for address errors made by the customer.
